YEKACI, a digital consulting and expertise firm headquartered in Abidjan, Angré 8th Tranche, Côte d'Ivoire, is responsible for processing the personal data collected via this website.

• Quote request: first name, last name, email, phone, organization, sector, requested service, budget, timeline, description of your needs
• Newsletter: email address
• Anti-bot verification: when you submit a form (contact, quote request, job application, newsletter), the Cloudflare Turnstile service analyzes technical signals (IP address, browser characteristics) to distinguish human visitors from automated bots, without using advertising cookies
• Browsing: pages visited, referrer and browser type, for anonymized statistical purposes, only if you accept analytics cookies

3. Purpose of Processing

This data is used exclusively to respond to your quote, contact or information requests, to send you our newsletter if you are subscribed, and to improve our site. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent (forms, newsletter, non-essential cookies) or on YEKACI's legitimate interest in responding to your requests and ensuring the proper functioning of the site (strictly necessary cookies).

5. Data Recipients

Your data is accessible only to authorized YEKACI personnel. It is hosted with our technical subcontractors Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Neon Inc. (database), who do not access it for any purpose other than performing their hosting services. When you submit a form, Cloudflare, Inc. also acts as a subprocessor for anti-bot verification (Turnstile); it only accesses the technical data necessary for this verification and does not use it for any other purpose. 6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from your last interaction with YEKACI, or until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

7. Cookies

This site uses cookies necessary for its operation (language preference, security) as well as, subject to your consent, analytics cookies to measure audience anonymously. You can change your preferences at any time via the "Manage cookies" button available in the footer.

8. Your Rights
